All sales made by our store are final however we accept exchanges on special cases.

Return Process:
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. Customer needs to send the products to our business address & within inspection of 1-2 days you will be notified for approval of exchange.

Size or Defective Issues:
To facilitate a smooth exchange process, we may request an initial unpacking video from start to end. We reserve the right to reject returns if the video is not provided or if the defect is not clearly demonstrated in the video.

Packaging Integrity:
Kindly refrain from attempting to manipulate the packaging, as we are familiar with our standard packaging procedures. Please note that we strive to uphold the highest standards of customer service, and these policies are designed to ensure fair and efficient resolutions for both parties.
